Researchers seem to ground on 4,500 calories and a whopping 229 grams of fat for a Thanksgiving Dinner. And for those of us that do the work in “Fixing it” the days leading up to it and the prep itself is full of “tasting” and checking our work. We are maxed out even before the bird is carved!
Think About The After Party!
Exercising after the meal may be not what you have in mind, but I know it is what I need and my friends with kids and grandkids can accomplish some fun and exercise with the latest Pokemon GO Thanksgiving Event. Those of us late to the Pokemon Go craze, this gives us the opportunity to have fun with the kids, get some exercise and try something new! (Isn’t it better than feeling frustrated when it feels like all they do is look at a screen?)

Why Wait for the New Year?
In the Northeast this year we don’t have enough (or any) snow to go sliding, so dust off and charge up that “fit-bit” you got last year go for a walk while the sidewalks are clear and work off some of that Apple Pie!
